Green Smoothie For Beginners

Still not a smoothie guru? Don’t be sad – they’re hard. Follow these steps and you’ll be slinging smoothie’s like a pro:

Ingredients: 1.5 C spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1 T chia seeds, 1 C coco water, .75-1C frozen fruit (could be any type)

1. Blend your green with the coconut water first. This prevents you from having big leafy pieces (who wants that?)

2. Freeze your fruit! It makes it easier and it will last way longer.

3. When making for one, get a personal sized blender (I suggest Oster) – makes clean-up a breeze.
